I'm a humble and diligent guinea pig with a Wacom tablet and a copious number of lists and spreadsheets. I'm situated in London, England.
As a passionate organiser and team player, I strive to become a capable and reliable asset in the workforce, whose interpersonal strengths, organisational prowess, and exceptional tea-making skills can flourish in bringing creative projects smoothly to completion.
As a recent Production Assisant at Strictly FX UK Ltd, I gained considerable experience across a diverse set of responsibilities, including logistical coordination, database administration, and editorial work. Employing my highly adaptable approach to learning, I took responsibility for compiling all company health & safety paperwork within several weeks of starting my role, which involved data entry, technical writing, graphic design in InDesign and Photoshop, and stage mapping in Illustrator. Further responsibilities included booking travel & accommodation for crew members, managing and updating show & tour dates in the company interrelational Airtable database, compiling crew ID's and personal data within the HR database, optimising existing workflows using my technical skills, and overseeing enquiries made via the office telephone.
Having independently produced two animated films, I have a solid grasp of every single stage of the digital media pipeline - from scheduling to storyboarding to video editing - giving me significant experience with industry-standard software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and TVPaint. My films have subsequently been presented at the University of Hertfordshire Film Exposé, and my degree dissertation earned the highest possible grade. In September 2023, I was awarded a First Class Honours degree in (BA) 2D Animation for Digital Media. With a thirst for entertainment industry wisdom, I have corresponded with and hosted group interviews with leading directors at Golden Wolf and Powerhouse Animation Studios.
